ANOTHER New Moshling?

Hey guys!

What could this be? Another (yes, another) new moshling?!?! This was included on the same picture with the paint bucket, and I have known about it for a while now, but have waited to post it until I redid the site. There are only two confirmed pictures of this moshling, one in the UK Moshi Monsters Magazine issue 27 (I think) and on a below photo. Nothing besides, the fact that he is a moshling and a paint palette. SO here are your pictures!
